L’objet du marché est la sélection d’un ou deux prestataires de services d’investissement au maximum spécialisés dans la gestion des opérations de transition, dont les missions consisteront à : 1. gérer durant les périodes de transition un ou plusieurs portefeuilles composés d’instruments financiers ou d’espèces qui lui seront confiés par le FRR ; 2. exécuter, et, éventuellement, recevoir et transmettre pour exécution durant les périodes de transition les ordres à l’achat ou à la vente d’instruments financiers émanant des gestionnaires d’actifs. Les périodes de transition visent des périodes définies par le FRR au cours desquelles des opérations d’investissement ou de désinvestissement de montants importants devront être réalisées en vue de la mise en place d’un portefeuille ou encore afin d’effectuer des apports ou des retraits d’espèces et/ou d’instruments financiers dans un portefeuille déjà constitué (y compris sous forme de transfert d’actifs d’un portefeuille à un autre).
