Le marché comprend les prestations suivantes : P1 Fourniture de combustible nécessaire au chauffage et à la production d’ECS Forme du marché : MT - Marché Température CP - Combustible Prestations P2 Entretien, maintenance, conduite des installations de génie climatique pour l’ensemble des sites P3 Gros entretien et renouvellement des matériels pour l’ensemble des sites P3R Travaux d’améliorations techniques : -Remplacement de toutes les pompes à débit fixe par des pompes à débit variable -Rétrofit et déploiement de la GTC (Gestion Technique Centralisée) -Site 10 - Centre Jean Savine: Circuit constant « Salle de projection » prévoir asservissement par V2V du circuit actuel Lot unique
