Le présent marché porte sur la fourniture d'énergie, l'exploitation, la maintenance et l'entretien des installations de chauffage, d'Eau Chaude Sanitaire (ECS), de climatisation et de traitement d'air de l'EHPAD d'Effiat, le marché sera de type CPE (Contrat de Performance Energétique). Le marché est du type :  MT (marché température) ☒   Intéressement avec ☒ sans ☐ et comprend les prestations suivantes :  La fourniture d'énergie « P1 », à savoir, la fourniture de l'énergie dite « entrante », telle que : Gaz naturel, Pellet, et Electricité (selon travaux P3P), La fourniture de chaleur depuis un réseau public, ou d'électricité est laissée à la charge du MAITRE D'OUVRAGE. Les prestations de service « P2 », à savoir, la conduite des installations, la surveillance, le réglage et l'entretien courant, la garantie des températures à l'intérieur des bâtiments, la prise en charge des contrôles règlementaires des installations thermiques, la fourniture de petits matériels, La Garantie Totale transparente en dépenses contrôlées « P3R », à savoir, le remplacement des matériels défectueux par du matériel équivalent, y compris les gros matériels tels que :  Les chaudières  Les productions d'eau chaude sanitaire à gaz  Les climatiseurs à détente directe  Les centrales de traitement d'air (seuls les éléments sont à prendre en compte, pas la centrale complète)  Le gros entretien renouvellement (GER) « P3P », à savoir, les investissements permettant l'obtention des performances énergétiques à travers un programme de travaux.  Un intéressement sur les économies de chauffage réalisées avec engagement sur les températures de confort (chauffage et ECS), la recherche d'économies d'énergie et le respect des cibles de consommations définies dans l'Acte d'Engagement
