Description

Dans le cadre de ses compétences en matière de restauration collective, la Commune de Lagny-sur-Marne organise un service de fourniture de repas destinés aux établissements scolaires et aux structures d'accueil de la petite enfance. Afin d'assurer ces prestations, la Commune recourt à un prestataire extérieur chargé de la conception et de la livraison de repas en liaison froide. L'accord-cadre est conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum. Il est passé en application des articles L. 2125-1, et R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande pour les 2 lots. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction Conception et livraison de repas en liaison froide pour les scolaires et les ACM; Conception et livraison de repas en liaison froide pour les EAJE
