Les présents marchés ont pour objet la réalisation de prestations de service de sécurité des manifestations organisées par la Ville de Narbonne ainsi que des prestations de gardiennage de bâtiments et sites communaux. Les prestations seront rémunérées soit par application aux quantités réellement exécutées des prix unitaires fixés dans le bordereau des prix (lot n°1 et n°2), soit par application de prix forfaitaires (lot n°3). Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Pour le lot n°1 et le lot n°2, il s'agit d'un accord-cadre avec maximum, passé en application des articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique.
