France - Security guarding services - Single-operator framework agreement with purchase orders for occasional guarding of ACCM urban community sites

The urban community of ACCM is procuring occasional guarding and general surveillance services for buildings and sites it owns or where it exercises its powers. Services include securing premises, monitoring or preventing access, and detecting, intervening in and controlling suspicious activity during guarding assignments. The provider may also be called on to ensure security at various events. Staff must be available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, across several sites simultaneously. The framework agreement starts on 1 January 2027 (or at notification if later) for 12 months, with three tacit renewals of 12 months each. Each period is capped at 300,000.00 euro excluding tax, for a total of 1,200,000.00 euro excluding tax over 48 months.
