Description

Le Syndicat Durance Luberon assure la gestion directe des services de l'eau et de l'assainissement, par l'intermédiaire de la régie créée en 1997 à autonomie financière et a en charge la gestion des abonnés et de sa facturation. Le contrat du logiciel relatif à la gestion des abonnés arrivant à échéance le 22 mars 2027, le Syndicat lance ainsi une nouvelle consultation. Le titulaire devra proposer une solution dimensionnée pour accompagner l'évolution du nombre d'usagers et de données pendant toute la durée du marché. Le logiciel devra permettre de reprendre l'ensemble de l'historique des données existantes (10 ans si possible - 5 ans obligatoire) et sa qualité, sa pérennisation et son évolutivité devront permettre d'augmenter et d'améliorer les services.
