Le marché est structuré en deux lots distincts afin de couvrir l'ensemble des modalités pédagogiques : Lot n°1 : Formations synchrones- accord cadre à bons de commande - montant minimum 50 000,00 euro(s) HT - montant maximum 200 000,00 euro(s) HT Lot n°2 : Formations asynchrones - accord cadre à bons de commande montant minimum 50 000,00 euro(s) HT - montant maximum 300 000,00 euro(s) HT Prestations de formations présentielles et/ou distancielles portant sur des thématiques métier spécialisées : prélèvement de la ressource (forage, protection des captages, cours d'eau …), production d'eau potable (exploitation des usines, procédés de potabilisation, …), distribution (pose des canalisations, gestion des réseaux, compteurs, pompes, …) et compétences transverses pour la gestion des services d'eau (obligations réglementaires, maintenance, gestion des rendements, …) Ce lot comprend également des formations « catalogue », des prestations de personnalisation de modules existants ainsi que des prestations d'ingénierie pédagogique adaptées aux besoins spécifiques d'Eau de Paris; Prestations de formation digitale incluant la mise à disposition d'une plate-forme e-learning accessible à l'ensemble des collaborateurs, l'accès illimité à des contenus de formation, la création de capsules vidéo pédagogiques, l'intégration de modules externes, ainsi que des prestations d'assistance technique et d'ingénierie pédagogique
