La Mairie de Toulouse et Toulouse Métropole qui comptent plus de 13 000 agents, forment régulièrement leurs agents à la bureautique. Depuis quelques années, l'orientation de ces formations bureautiques tend vers une approche visant à individualiser la pédagogie. La collectivité souhaite pérenniser cette approche qui apporte pleine satisfaction à ses agents. En outre, le déploiement du télétravail et sa généralisation font apparaitre un besoin d'accompagnement des agents, notamment pour les débutants en informatique. A cela, s'ajoute un glissement de l'utilisation de la suite Microsoft Office vers la suite Microsoft Office 365.
