Consultation lancée par un groupement de commandes. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Le présent marché a pour objet des prestations de formations en matière de prévention ayant pour objectif de permettre à chaque agent-e de travailler en toute sécurité et ainsi de diminuer les risques d'accidents du travail et de maladies professionnelles liés aux activités physiques et de participer à l'amélioration des conditions de travail. La formation à l'hygiène et à la sécurité a pour objet d'instruire l'agent-e, des précautions à prendre pour assurer sa propre sécurité, celle de ces collègues et, le cas échéant, celle des usagers-es du service. Les formations et le nombre de stagiaires s'il y a une limitation devront correspondre à la règlementation en vigueur dans les différents domaines.
