Conception, adaptation et animation de formations en management de proximité et dialogue social pour l’Institut de la gestion publique et du développement économique Le lot n°1 vise la conception, l’adaptation et l’animation de formations catalogue et, le cas échéant, de formations spécifiques destinées aux managers de proximité et cadres intermédiaires. Ces formations portent sur les fondamentaux du management opérationnel, l’animation d’équipe, la communication managériale de proximité, la prévention et le traitement des tensions de premier niveau, le pilotage de projets opérationnels et l’accompagnement des changements à l’échelle d’un service, d’une équipe ou d’un collectif de travail.; Le lot n°2 vise la conception, l’adaptation et l’animation de formations relatives au dialogue social, à la négociation, aux relations sociales, à la préparation et à la conduite des instances, ainsi qu’à la prévention ou à la régulation des tensions sociales. Le lot couvre également, lorsqu’ils sont abordés sous l’angle du dialogue social, de la qualité du travail, de la prévention des tensions ou de l’accompagnement des transformations, la conception, l’adaptation et l’animation de formations relatives aux espaces de discussion sur le travail, également appelés espaces de dialogue professionnel.
