France - Mail distribution services - Framework agreement for distributing the municipal newspaper, mail and unaddressed municipal documents

The City of Fontenay is seeking providers for a framework agreement to distribute its municipal information newspaper, along with various unaddressed municipal mail and documents, to the local population. The contract is divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers the monthly distribution of the local information newspaper called A Fontenay, including any special editions or supplements. Lot 2 involves the occasional distribution of various unaddressed municipal mail and documents. Small businesses capable of providing these distribution services are invited to participate.
