L'accord-cadre porte sur la conception et la mise en œuvre pour le Département de l’Oise d’une nouvelle solution intranet devant permettre la refonte et la rénovation de l’intranet actuel de la collectivité. Elle s’inscrit dans un projet plus global pour le Département dont les objectifs sont : - La volonté d’améliorer la communication interne, - Faciliter l’accès à l’information et aux services pour tous les agents. - Le renforcement de l’identité professionnelle, - La modernisation des outils proposés aux agents.
