Description
Les prestations feront l'objet d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire, sans minimum mais avec maximum fixé à 300 000 euro(s) HT par période, exécuté par émission de bons de commande, passé selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert, en application des articles R2161-2 à R2161-5, R2162-2 à R2162-9, R2162-13 et R2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique. L'accord-cadre débutera à compter de sa notification jusqu'au 31 décembre 2026. Les bons de commandes pourront être adressées à compter de la notification jusqu'à cette date
