Description

Dans le cadre de la gestion patrimoniale des réseaux, des fréquences d'inspections et de diagnostics ont été établis afin d'avoir une bonne connaissance de l'état structurel des ouvrages. Ainsi, l'émissaire Sèvres- Achères branche de Nanterre (SAN) et le Doublement de l'Emissaire Sud (DES) ont été en partie diagnostiqué en 2011. C'est pourquoi, il est nécessaire de réaliser un curage suivi d'un diagnostic approfondi de l'ouvrage sur cette partie. Des travaux d'urgence pourraient être réalisés si nécessaire. L'objectif est de : - Réduire les nuisances olfactives au niveau des regards d'accès, par la suppression des matériaux, responsables de leur formation et grâce à la suppression des dégagements gazeux, - Restaurer la capacité hydraulique de l'ouvrage par la suppression des dépôts, - Réaliser un diagnostic structurel de l'ouvrage et définir la nécessité de réaliser des travaux de réhabilitation; Le projet consiste à la réalisation d'une mise à sec de l'ouvrage, les travaux préparatoires post curage, la mise en oeuvre des moyens nécessaires au curage mécanisé, à l'évacuation des déchets, leurs transports et leurs traitements en centre adapté
