Dans les Accueil de Loisirs Sans Hébergement (ALSH) de Beaumont-Louestault, Neuvy-le-Roi, Saint-Paterne-Racan et Semblançay, la Communauté de Communes de Gâtine-Racan (CCGR) accueille des enfants scolarisés en école maternelle et élémentaire durant les mercredis et les vacances scolaires d'hiver, de printemps, d'été, de Toussaint et de Noël, soit environ 110 jours par an en fonction du calendrier scolaire. N'étant pas dotée du personnel qualifié permettant d'assurer l'exploitation du service en régie, la CCGR souhaite confier l'exploitation des quatre ALSH précités à un Titulaire qui, en référence au projet éducatif communautaire, aura notamment la charge de l'élaboration, de la mise en oeuvre, de l'animation et de l'évaluation de ces sites Préparation, organisation, gestion, fonctionnement, évaluation (administratif, humain, pédagogique, financier) du dispositifs d'accueil collectif de mineurs au sein de l'ALSH
