Grand Cognac a pour projet la création d'un stand de tir à Ars. Cette construction permettra à la Société de Tir d'accueillir de nouveaux licenciés dans un équipement adapté, d'organiser des compétitions et des championnats de niveau régional selon les normes de la Fédération Française de Tir et d'offrir un panel d'activités élargies aux licenciés en développant le tir sportif de loisirs et de compétition pour les adultes et les jeunes. Cet équipement sera également à disposition des forces de l'ordre : gendarmerie et services de police pour leurs entrainements. La présente consultation a pour objet l'organisation d'un concours restreint de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la conception et la réalisation d'un stand de tir à Ars. La consultation se déroulera en 2 phases : - Phase 1 : sélection des candidatures, - Phase 2 : classement des projets
