Le marché issu de la procédure n°25U519 a pour objet la réalisation de prestations de gestion de flux sortants de courriers et l'exécution de prestations annexes. Les prestations de gestion de flux sortants de courriers portent sur : - L'accès au portail d'envoi de courriers ; - L'impression, la mise sous pli, l'affranchissement et la remise des courriers au prestataire de services postaux ; - La gestion des envois de courriers dématérialisés ; - L'emailing. Les prestations annexes portent sur : - Le traitement des recommandés ; - Le traitement des courriers non délivrés ; - La normalisation et le redressement des adresses issues des plis non distribués (PND) ou hors PND. - L'archivage simple et l'archivage à valeur probatoire ; - L'archivage à valeur probatoire 30 ans, le cas échéant ; - Le flux batch ; - Le flux batch sécurisé ; - La transférabilité/réversibilité et les tests associés ;
