Description

La présente consultation a pour objet les missions de contrôle technique et les missions de coordination sécurité protection de la santé dans le cadre des travaux d’extension en superstructure du parking P2 au CHU de Rennes. Il s’agit d’un appel d’offres ouvert en application des articles L2124-2, R2124-2, 1 et R2161-2 à R2161-5 du Code de la Commande Publique. La présente consultation est allotie et comporte 2 lots. Lot 1 : Missions de Contrôle Technique ; Lot 2 : Missions de Coordination santé et prévention de la santé. Il s’agit d’un marché ordinaire. Le marché public est conclu à un prix global et forfaitaire. Le délai de validité des offres est fixé à six (6) mois à compter de la date limite de réception des offres. Le marché public est conclu pour une durée de validité allant de sa date de notification au titulaire jusqu’à l’admission sans réserve des prestations. A titre indicatif, le délai global prévisionnel d’exécution du marché est de 31,5 mois (dont 12 mois de GPA), au regard du calendrier prévisionnel suivant : Phase Procédure avec négociation - phase offres - y compris APS: 6 mois ; Conception : 6,5 mois ; Construction : 7 mois, dont 2 mois de préparation. Garantie de parfait achèvement : 12 mois . Ce délai indicatif devra être confirmé par le groupement attributaire du marché global sectoriel. Les prestations à réaliser sont décrites au CCTP du lot concerné.
