Le présent accord cadre a pour objet la réalisation de missions de contrôle technique (CT) et de coordination en matière de sécurité et de protection de la santé (CSPS) dans le cadre du projet de TCSPi et autres projets portés par le Grand Annecy Il est prévu 3 lots thématiques : - Lot 1 : Missions de contrôle technique. - Lot 2A : Missions de Coordination en matière de Sécurité et de Protection de la Santé (CSPS) sur les travaux d'infrastructures et opérations préparatoires éventuelles. - Lot 2B : Missions de Coordination en matière de Sécurité et de Protection de la Santé (CSPS) sur les travaux bâtimentaires. Pour les lots 1 et 2A, les montants maximums s'entendent de manière globale, et non par attributaire. Le contrat est attribué à plusieurs fournisseurs dans les conditions suivantes : - Lot 1 : multi-attributaire avec 2 attributaires. - Lot 2A : multi-attributaire avec 2 attributaires. - Lot 2B : mono-attributaire Les opérations sont attribuées aux titulaires selon un principe de rotation, dans l'ordre de leur classement (voir CCAP). L'attribution du lot n°1 est exclusive de l'attribution des autres lots - Lot 1 : Missions de contrôle technique.
