Description

La consultation a pour objet la réalisation de contrôles des biens inoccupés de l'EPF Hauts-de-France. Chaque contrôle comprend une visite technique visuelle du site, à l'extérieur et à l'intérieur, portant sur l'état des espaces extérieurs, le type et l'état de la sécurisation, la structure extérieure et intérieure, les compteurs et les signes d'insalubrité ; la qualification des désordres constatés et de leur niveau de criticité ; la rédaction d'un rapport de visite photographique et commenté, assorti de préconisations de travaux ; ainsi que les interventions de petite remise en sécurité réalisables sur place sans moyens spécifiques. Réalisation des prestations sur le territoire géographique 1 défini dans les pièces constitutives du dossier de consultation.; Réalisation des prestations sur le territoire géographique 2 défini dans les pièces constitutives du dossier de consultation.
