Accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire avec un maximum en valeur fixé à 270 000 euro(s) HT. Cet accord-cadre sera conclu pour une durée de 6 ans. Cette dérogation à la durée légale des accords-cadres est dûment justifiée par l'objet du marché conformément à l'article L2125-1 du code de la commande publique. En effet, l'article L821-44 du code du commerce prévoit expressément que la durée du mandat des commissaires aux comptes est de 6 exercices
