Description

Etudes, investigations et contrôles extérieurs sur les infrastructures routières, fluviales et maritimes du Département de la Somme. La consultation porte sur le lot n°1 : Études et essais géotechniques. Les lots 2, 3, 4 et 5 ont fait l'objet d'une précédente consultation. Les prestations donnent lieu à un accord-cadre à bons de commande sans montant minimum et dont le montant maximum est de 200 000,00 HT pour la période de la notification jusqu'au 25 juillet 2027, puis pour chaque période de reconduction. Il est attribué à un seul opérateur économique, en application des articles R.2162-2 et R.2162-4 du Code de la commande publique et exécuté au fur et à mesure des besoins du Département de la Somme. Ce montant représente la limite maximum annuel de commande et ne constitue en aucun cas une obligation d'achat par le Département. L'accord-cadre est conclu à compter de sa notification jusqu'au 25 juillet 2027. Il est renouvelable 2 fois tacitement pour une période de 1 an à compter de cette date. Les variantes ne sont pas autorisées
