Le présent marché a pour objet l'accompagnement de Decoset à l'ensemble des phases d'étude, de conception, de réalisation, de mise en service et de réception de la nouvelle Unite de Valorisation Energétique de Toulouse (31) dont la maitrise d'Ouvrage est assurée par Evonéo. Les travaux sur les Usines de Bessières et Toulouse actuelles sont suivis dans la cadre d'un accord cadre et font pas l'objet de ce marché. L'implantation de la nouvelle usine est située au sud de la parcelle actuelle sur le parc à mâchefers qui sera déconstruit en été 2026 avec un transfert du traitement des mâchefers sur le nouvelle IME de Muret (31), 11 chemin de perpignan 31100 Toulouse. Plus précisément, l'ensemble des dispositions techniques et le descriptif des missions sont détaillés dans le CCTP
