Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet des prestations d’assistance à la maîtrise d’ouvrage en UX UI, d’accompagnement de la maîtrise d’œuvre en UI et de développement front-end. L'AIFE souhaite disposer de prestations d'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage (AMOA) spécialisées en conception UX/UI pour concevoir, piloter et faire évoluer l'expérience utilisateur de ses projets numériques. Le titulaire intervient en amont des développements et en coordination avec les équipes MOA et MOE, sur l'ensemble du cycle de conception.; L’AIFE souhaite confier des prestations de réalisation portant sur le développement et la création de composant UI de sa librairie, principalement en technologies web (Angular notamment). Le titulaire implémente les maquettes, garantit la conformité au RCN (design system et librairie Angular) ainsi que la prise en compte de l’accessibilité (RGAA). Le lot inclut l’industrialisation de la chaîne front (qualité, tests, Design OPS, packaging, documentation, versionnement, Storybook) et la capacité à mobiliser un vivier de développeurs pour renforcer les projets, en coordination avec la MOA UX.
