Le contrat concerne les prestations suivantes : - Les vérifications périodiques règlementaires conformément aux règles APSAD R18 et NFC 15-100, avec obligation de résultat : • des installations électriques privatives, • des installations électriques communes dites « Services Généraux », - Les vérifications périodiques règlementaires des équipements de protection contre la foudre conformément à l’arrêté du 4 octobre 2010 ; - Les vérifications par thermographie infrarouge TIR conformément à la règle APSAD R19 ; - Les vérifications règlementaires en exploitation des bâtiments soumis à la Commission de Sécurité, des bâtiments du Marché de Rungis. Les installations électriques communes et privatives sont réparties dans environ 150 bâtiments implantés sur l’ensemble du site du Marché International de Rungis qui représente une surface d’environ 234 ha. Le contrat concerne : - Les vérifications périodiques règlementaires conformément aux règles APSAD R18 et NFC 15-100 et avec obligation de résultat : • des installations électriques privatives (facturées sur la base du nombre de m² vérifiés) , soit environ 1 000 clients et une surface vérifiée d’environ 900 000 m²/an et, • des installations électriques communes dites « Services Généraux » (facturées sur la base d'un montant annuel forfaitaire), réparties dans les bâtiments de l’ensemble du site (65 machineries ascenseurs, 20 locaux compacteurs, 20 surpresseurs, 30 locaux sprinklage, 5 zones de péages, des bornes de charge de véhicules électriques, 20 locaux ATM, 72 sous-stations de chauffage, et environ 80 tableaux basse tension et 35 postes haute tension), soit environ 165 rapports Services Généraux. - Les vérifications périodiques règlementaires des équipements de protection contre la foudre conformément à l’arrêté du 4 octobre 2010. 20 bâtiments sont concernés par cette vérification ; - Les Vérifications Règlementaires en Exploitation des bâtiments soumis à la Commission de Sécurité : 1 IGH type GHW1 / 3 Parkings Silos PS / 1 salles polyvalente type L2 ; - Exceptionnellement, des vérifications par thermographie infrarouge TIR, conformément à la règle APSAD R19, pourront être réalisées sur demande selon un bordereau de prix unitaire.
