Description

La concession de service public portant sur le réaménagement et l'exploitation du Port de Saint-Laurent-du-Var est confiée à la SAS PSLV (Port de Saint-Laurent-du-Var) à partir du 1er janvier 2026 pour une durée de vingt ans. Le contrat qui lie la SAS PSLV et la Métropole Nice Côte d'Azur définit un programme d'investissement pour transformer le port entre 2026 et 2030. Ce programme d'investissement est cadré en temps et en budget. La présente consultation a pour objet les missions Sécurité et Protection de la Santé (SPS), de Contrôle Technique (CT) et d'ordonnancement, pilotage et coordination (OPC) dans le cadre du projet de réaménagement du port de Saint Laurent du Var.
