La ville de Six-Fours-les-Plages a fait l'acquisition d'une propriété sise 49 rue République avec pour objectif de la transformer en lieu culturel tourné vers la lecture. L'opération consiste en la transformation d'une bâtisse ancienne construite en 1866 en une bibliothèque municipale sans dénaturer l'esprit de la construction. Les travaux comprennent une extension neuve ainsi que des travaux de rénovation, réhabilitation. La partie de l'enveloppe financière prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux est de 1 900 000 euro(s) HT. La livraison de l'ouvrage actualisée objet de l'opération de travaux est souhaitée pour MARS 2028 Les prestations concernent les missions de contrôle technique et de coordination de la sécurité et protection de la santé pour cette opération mission de contrôle technique; mission de coordination sécurité et protection de la santé des travailleurs (CSPS) de niveau 2
