Maitrise d'oeuvre pour l'opération de réhabilitation fonctionnelle et énergétique bâtiment externat et aménagements extérieurs du Lycée Beaussier à La Seyne-sur-Mer (83500) Relance suite à consultation 2024-744 déclarée sans suite. le présent AAPC concerne la seule phase candidatures. pour information, l'enveloppe des travaux retenue par la maîtrise d'ouvrage est de 12 970 000 euro(s) HT. Missions de MOE: APS ; APD ; PRO ; AMT ; VISA ; DET ; AOR. Le titulaire se verra aussi confier les missions complémentaires suivantes : DIAG REL ; OPC ; SYNT ; CSSI ; BIM ; DQD ; SEE (pendant deux ans après la réception des travaux). En complément de ces missions, la maitrise d'oeuvre devra également assurer : - les prestations liées à l'objectif d'obtention de Certificats d'Economie d'Energie par la Région sur cette opération - CEE ; - les prestations liées à l'analyse du projet au regard des risques de sécurité publique dans le cadre des études règlementaires de sureté et de sécurité publique - ESSP. La durée du marché courra à compter de sa notification et se terminera à l'issue des deux années de suivi d'exploitation (dont l'année de GPA). Les prestations feront l'objet d'un marché unique. Dure indicative 72 mois y compris GPA et SEE
