The City of Tremblay en France is procuring a single-operator mixed framework agreement for project management (maitrise d'oeuvre) services covering its public spaces projects. The notice concerns phase 1, submission of candidacies, under a restricted call for tenders from which 5 candidates will be shortlisted to submit an offer.
