Le présent marché a pour objet de définir les conditions administratives, techniques et financières permettant à l'AP-HP d'être accompagnée dans la réalisation de l'opération de conversion vers SAP S/4HANA dans laquelle seront acquises des prestations d'assistance à la maîtrise d'ouvrage, de conduite du changement, la mise en œuvre d'évolutions et l'acquisition de prestations associées. 1) Migration technique (SAP ECC, BW, GRC), mise en place FIORI, gestion des habilitations 2) Évolutions fonctionnelles identifiées 3) Évolutions complémentaires sur activation; 1. Recette « utilisateurs », supports de formation 2. Assistance aux utilisateurs 3. Support à la recette des évolutions du Lot 1 4. Recette évolutions complémentaires
