La nature et l'étendue des prestations sont décrites dans le CCTP. Le coût des travaux estimé pour chaque tranche est la suivante : - Tranche ferme (construction neuve) : 8 217 000 euro(s) HT - Tranche optionnelle 1 (réhabilitation) : 675 120 euro(s) HT Soit un total de 8 892 120 euro(s) HT (valeur juillet 2025) Les travaux se feront partiellement en site occupé (réhabilitation)
