Le marché à conclure a pour objet une mission de maîtrise d’œuvre d’exécution (DET et AOR) du marché de travaux de terrassement et génie civil, dans le cadre de l'augmentation de la capacité de stockage autorisée des déchets radioactifs de très faible activité (TFA) du centre industriel de regroupement, d’entreposage et stockage (Cires) situé à Morvilliers (10), objet du projet Acaci, visant à aménager une troisième tranche de stockage des déchets (tranche 3). Le marché de travaux de terrassement et génie civil , attribué en mars 2025, est décomposé en 3 phases de travaux discontinues, dont la phase 1 sera prochainement réceptionnée. La prestation, objet du présent avis de marché, concerne la réalisation des missions DET et AOR des phases de travaux 2 et 3 restantes. La phase 2 consiste en l’aménagement de la tranche 3 (terrassement, mise à niveau de la couche d’argile, travaux d'assainissement, réalisation des longrines et des voiries traitées). La phase 3 consiste au creusement et à l'équipement de la première alvéole de stockage de la tranche 3 (alvéole 26). La prestation comprend une tranche ferme (DET et AOR de la phase 2, incluant une période d'appropriation) et une tranche optionnelle (DET et AOR de la phase 3). Entre la phase 2 et la phase 3, une période d'interruption des travaux estimée à 29 mois est à prendre en considération. Cette durée d'interruption (interphase) dépendra de la durée d'exploitation de chacune des alvéoles de stockage restantes de la tranche 2.
