Description

Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Le projet prévoit la restructuration du bâtiment E et la restructuration partielle du bâtiment F, afin de déployer le nouveau service de médecine nucléaire prévu au RDC bas entre les bâtiments E et F. Des extensions sont envisagées dans les patios existants et en façade ouest. La médecine nucléaire est une spécialité médicale qui utilise des substances radioactives (appelées radiotraceurs). Ces traceurs, injectés aux patients, émettent des rayonnements détectés par des appareils d'imagerie spécialisés. La construction d'un tel service implique des enjeux en termes notamment de flux (secteur chaud - patients injectés et froid - visiteurs, soignants non exposés), de traitement de l'air (température/humidité/séparation des flux suivant les locaux), des fluides avec des réseaux de collecte des e??luents radioactifs totalement séparés du réseau d'eaux usées classiques. Le service sera composé de : - Un secteur TEP avec 2 équipements TEP ; - Un secteur de scintigraphie avec une gamma caméra. Cette approche globale vise à o??rir un environnement de soins performant, lisible et durable, au service des patients, des professionnels et du territoire. Le projet représente une surface utile programmée d'environ 550 m² (SU), soit une surface dans oeuvre programmée d'environ 850 m² (SDO)
