Appel d'offres ouvert - articles R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à 5 du Code de la commande publique. Marché de Maîtrise d’oeuvre en application de l’article R. 2172-2-3° du Code de la Commande Publique La consultation a pour objet : Marché de Moe pour les travaux d'électrification des navires à quai sur le port de Nice, notamment Commerce, Infernet, Ribotti et Ile de Beauté. L’enveloppe budgétaire affectée au projet de réalisation de ce système d’alimentation électrique des navires à quai est de : 29 939 200 € HT. Cette enveloppe est une estimation qui comprend toutes les prestations estimées par le pouvoir adjudicateur, y compris le contrat de l’Assistant à Maîtrise d’Ouvrage et les interventions des concessionnaires de réseau. Marché à prix global et forfaitaire Estimation de l'administration HT: 2 200 000,00 € Le délai d'exécution est fixé à : 6 année. Début du contrat : À la notification du contrat. Date prévisionnelle de début : 01/08/2026
