La réalisation des études avant-projet et projet (APO) d'une 1ère phase travaux ; La réalisation de travaux consistant en la création de 2 voies ferrées nouvelles supplémentaires (pour un total d'environ 800ml), la pose de 4 appareils de voie, la pose d'un croisement et la reprise de la plateforme sur l'ensemble de ces constructions ; La réalisation des études APO d'une 2nde phase travaux
