Le contrat porte sur les prestations suivantes : Actualisation de l'Atlas de paysages de l'archipel de la Guadeloupe La prestation porte notamment sur l'actualisation et la diffusion de l'atlas de paysages, incluant : - La compilation et l'analyse des données existantes (bilan de l'atlas de 2011) ; - La réalisation d'un important travail de terrain pour visiter les unités paysagères, les photographier, etc. ; - La production d'un livrable rassemblant l'ensemble des analyses et illustrations produites, dont les fiches de chacune des unités paysagères ; - La production d'une carte générale des paysages ; - La création d'une base de données géo-référencée standardisée ; - La diffusion de l'outil ; - L'animation de réunions techniques tout au long du projet. La démarche d'actualisation est composée de quatre phases : - Phase 1 : appropriation de la bibliographie et la réalisation du bilan de l'Atlas 2011 ; - Phase 2 : production de la mise à jour des analyses thématiques et paysagères ; - Phase 3 : production de la mise à jour des enjeux paysagers et des recommandations ; - Phase 4 : production des supports de valorisation de l'Atlas.
