La prestation porte sur la mise en conformité des comptes séparés de SNCF Voyageurs et de ses sociétés dédiées pour les exercices 2026 à 2028, conformément aux règles de séparation comptable fixées par l’Autorité de régulation des transports (ART). Elle vise à produire des comptes séparés en normes IFRS, fiables, audités et publiés, en supprimant les traitements dérogatoires et en appliquant le coût comptable ou les tarifs régulés ORM selon les cas. La mission inclut le recalcul des prestations internes, l’ajustement de l’endettement, des frais financiers et de l’impôt interne, ainsi que la mise à jour des notations financières des activités. Elle repose sur l’exploitation et l’évolution de l’outil dédié, incluant l’automatisation des calculs, la maintenance applicative et l’hébergement sécurisé des données en Europe.
