Description

Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Le marché a pour objet l'exploitation de la fourrière animale. Cela comprend l'accueil des animaux errants (chats et chiens uniquement), la recherche de leur propriétaire, leur hébergement, et le cas échéant leur euthanasie ou leur restitution dans le respect des impératifs législatifs, réglementaires et conventionnels. Le marché comprend également le ramassage des animaux errants (chiens et chats) sur le territoire de la CAPSO uniquement, ainsi que leur dépôt dans les locaux de la fourrière. L'exploitation de la fourrière animale fait l'objet d'un groupement de commandes entre la CAPSO et la CCPL pour le compte d'une partie de ses communes. La CAPSO est coordonnateur de ce groupement de commandes
