Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet une prestation de service de gestion et d'animation des Accueils de Loisirs Sans Hébergement (ALSH) de la Communauté de Communes « Coeur du Var » (CCCV). Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet une prestation de service de gestion et d’animation des Accueils de Loisirs Sans Hébergement (ALSH) de la Communauté de Communes « Cœur du Var » (CCCV). Dans ce cadre, le titulaire s’engage à la mise à disposition de personnels pédagogiques qualifiés chargés de concevoir, organiser et encadrer des activités de découverte et d’initiation dans les domaines sportifs, culturels et artistiques pour des enfants âgés de 3 à 12 ans. La présente consultation est passée suivant un appel d’offres ouvert en application des articles L.2124-2 et R.2124-2 du CCP. En application de l’article L.2125-1 et R.2162 du CCP, les prestations s’inscrivent dans un accord cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande sans minimum et avec un maximum de 1 000 000 € HT sur la durée totale du marché.
