Le présent contrat de délégation de service public lancé sous la forme d'un affermage a pour objet de confier la mission de gérer les activités périscolaires et accueils de loisirs sans hébergement notamment : les accueils de loisirs maternels et élémentaires, les accueils pour les jeunes, le mercredi et les vacances scolaires, comprenant également l'accueil préscolaire et postscolaire, ainsi que l'encadrement de la pause méridienne des écoles élémentaires. Le délégataire devra offrir à ces enfants une prestation conforme à ce qu'ils sont en droit d'attendre d'un service public de cette nature. Le délégataire sera habilité à percevoir et à conserver l'ensemble des recettes d'exploitation du service qu'il exploitera à ses risques et périls
