Description

La consultation a pour objet des prestations de conseil et stratégie, d'accompagnement, d'idéation, de création et de conception d'outils et de supports en communication des offres et des produits de l'INA. En application de l'article R.2162-2 du CCP, l'accord-cadre est conclu sous la forme d'un accord-cadre qui fixe toutes les stipulations contractuelles, dont les prestations sont réglées à prix unitaires sur la base du bordereau des prix unitaires (BPU), et exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande dans les conditions fixées aux articles R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du CCP. L'accord-cadre est mono-attributaire. Il s'exécute dans les limites ci-dessous : -Montant minimum sur la durée totale : sans ; -Montant maximum sur la durée totale : 900 000 euros HT. Le montant maximum indiqué ci-dessus constitue la limite supérieure des obligations susceptibles d'être mises à la charge du titulaire par le biais des bons de commande. Il ne constitue aucunement un engagement contractuel de commande des prestations. La consultation a pour objet des prestations de conseil et stratégie, d'accompagnement, d'idéation, de création et de conception d'outils et de supports en communication des offres et des produits de l'INA. Dans ce cadre et pour accompagner l'INA dans la création de stratégies et dans l'idéation de campagnes, l'Institut recherche une agence qui soit : -Créative et flexible que ce soit pour des produits Grand Public avec de la matière comme des sujets plus challengeant comme le B2B ; -Hybride et ouverte quel que soit les formats et les leviers utilisés, les enjeux de l'INA étant parfois uniques en leur genre et les besoins moins traditionnels que d'autres marques. Les expertises principales recherchées sont : l'idéation, la conception-rédaction, le planning stratégique, la production graphique et audiovisuelle, l'accompagnement client-projet.
