La présente consultation porte sur la mise en place d’une concession de services emportant occupation du domaine public pour l’exploitation de distributeurs automatiques de boissons et de denrées alimentaires destinés aux familles, personnels et visiteurs des centres hospitaliers membres du GHT Vendée. La prestation demandée concerne : La mise à disposition, l’installation, l’approvisionnement et la maintenance de : Distributeurs automatiques de boissons chaudes et Distributeurs mixtes confiseries/boissons fraîches. Le descriptif détaillé de la prestation est indiqué dans les cahiers des charges relatifs à la concession. L'offre des candidats devra prendre en compte les attentes de l'hôpital en termes d'attractivité (produits, services, aspect visuel) pour les patients, familles, personnels et visiteurs. La redevance comprendra : - Une part fixe constituée d'un montant minimum garanti (Annexe 6 - Bordereau des Prix : Redevances) - Une part variable correspondant à un taux de redevance du chiffre d'affaires HT pour chaque distributeur par établissement Est également attendue une remise consentie au personnel des Hôpitaux et étudiants. Les personnels sont amenés à se déplacer d’un site à l’autre. La prestation demandée concerne : La mise à disposition, l’installation, l’approvisionnement et la maintenance de Distributeurs automatiques de boissons chaudes et Distributeurs mixtes confiseries/boissons fraîches.
