Description

La consultation lancée par le Conseil départemental des Alpes de Haute-Provence, ci-après désigné le Conseil départemental, a pour objet de confier, par contrat de concession de services, la mise à disposition, l'installation, l'exploitation et la maintenance de distributeurs automatiques de boissons chaudes et fraiches et des denrées alimentaires sur certains de ses sites du département. La valeur du contrat correspond à la rémunération du concessionnaire constituée par le droit qui lui est accordé de percevoir une partie des recettes nées de l'exécution du contrat. Les caractéristiques principales des prestations sollicitées par le Conseil départemental sont présentées dans le projet de contrat de concession de services et ses annexes joints au dossier de consultation. La présente concession prend effet à compter de la date de notification de la convention. Elle est conclue pour une durée de trois (3) ans reconductible tacitement une fois pour une durée de deux (2) ans
