Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation des audits externes en clients mystères, dans le cadre de la démarche : - Qualité Tourisme Ile de La Réunion (QTIR) - Destination d'excellence (DEX) - Contrôle des prestations touristiques suite à la réception des plaintes de clients. Le présent marché est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande passé selon une procédure adaptée conformément aux articles R.2123-1 ; R.2123-4 ; R.2123-5, R.2162-1, R 2162-2, R2162-4, R2162-5, R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 ; R.2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Le marché est conclu sans minimum et avec un maximum estimé pour toute sa durée à 89 900 euro(s) HT. Le marché ne fait pas l'objet d'un allotissement car il ne comporte pas de prestations distinctes. En tout état de cause, la dévolution du marché en plusieurs lots risquerait de rendre techniquement difficile et certainement plus coûteuse l'exécution des prestations. En effet, les audits doivent être réalisés par un seul prestataire, pour des raisons d'homogénéité
