La présente consultation porte sur le régime de complémentaire santé pour l'ensemble des salariés de l'EPIC U Caminu di Ferru di a Corsica prévue dans l'accord collectif du 15 octobre 2025 prévoyant un régime obligatoire de remboursement de frais médicaux. Le régime des frais de santé sera cofinancé par l'employeur et le salarié pour sa base obligatoire. Il devra également prévoir une option facultative à charge du salarié seul. Le régime devra prévoir le maintien de la garantie : - aux anciens salariés au chômage au-delà de la période de portabilité prévue par la réglementation - aux anciens salariés retraités en conformité avec la législation de la loi Evin - aux salariés dont le contrat de travail est suspendu et sans rémunération. Le financement de ces maintiens étant exclusivement à la charge des intéressés. Les comptes de résultats 2023, 2024, 2025 ainsi que le tableau des garanties souhaitées sont joints au présent avis
