Description

La présente consultation a pour objet la souscription des contrats d’assurance nécessaires à la couverture du GIP E², en qualité de maître d’ouvrage, dans le cadre des travaux de construction d’un réseau de chaleur sur le domaine universitaire de Pessac-Talence-Gradignan. Le lot n°1 a pour objet de garantir, dans les conditions définies au cahier des charges, les dommages matériels pouvant affecter les ouvrages, équipements, matériaux, installations provisoires et existants concernés par l’opération pendant la période de chantier, y compris les phases de montage, essais, mise en service partielle et réceptions partielles. Il intègre également une garantie Responsabilité Civile du maître d’ouvrage, couvrant les conséquences pécuniaires de la responsabilité pouvant incomber au GIP E² du fait de l’opération de construction.; Le lot n°2 a pour objet la souscription d’une assurance Dommages-Ouvrage au bénéfice du GIP E², portant sur les ouvrages relevant de l’opération, dans les conditions prévues par le Code des assurances et les pièces du marché. La garantie Dommages-Ouvrage est recherchée au strict niveau nécessaire au regard de l’opération. Les garanties complémentaires éventuelles pourront être proposées par les candidats en variante, sous réserve d’être clairement identifiées et chiffrées.
