Le marché a pour objet de confier à un professionnel de l'assurance la gestion de la police Dommages aux biens, le placement des risques à 100% et une mission de conseil et d'accompagnement. Le présent appel public à candidature a pour objet de sélectionner les candidats admis à présenter une offre lors de la consultation portant sur des prestations d'assurances. En application du Code des Assurances, l'exercice de la profession est impérativement réservé à des sociétés d'assurances (agrément administratif, article L.3202 du Code des Mutualités et L.3211 du Code des Assurances) et, ou des intermédiaires d'assurances (certificat d'immatriculation à l'ORIAS, article R.5121 du Code des Assurances). La présente consultation vaut ordre d'étude et libère les coassureurs de leurs obligations vis à vis de l'apériteur actuel. Aucun assureur ou intermédiaire ne peut revendiquer une quelconque exclusivité ou priorité fondée sur le seul principe de l'antériorité de la saisine des assureurs qui serait considérée comme contraire à la libre concurrence.
