Le contrat doit couvrir les activités de Port Sud de France : 1. la gestion, l'exploitation, et l'entretien des ouvrages, terrains, bâtiments, installations, matériels, réseaux et services nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des activités commerce, pêche et plaisance du port de Sète, dont notamment : - l'accueil des navires et des services d'escales, - la perception des droits de port et des redevances domaniales, - L'application des mesures de sûreté et de sécurité, - l'organisation fonctionnelle des services portuaires. 2. toutes opérations, de quelque nature qu'elles soient, économiques, juridiques, financières, industrielles, commerciales ou immobilières, sous quelque forme que ce soit, dès lors que ces activités ou opérations peuvent se rattacher, directement ou indirectement, à l'objet susmentionné, ou à la stratégie portuaire et logistique régionale, ou à tous objets similaires, connexes ou complémentaires dont notamment : les actions de marketing et de prospection commerciale 1 ERE LIGNE; 2EME LIGNE
