Description

La présente consultation a pour objet la souscription des contrats d’assurances en 2 lots pour l’Université d’Aix-Marseille (AMU). Lot 1 : Assurance Construction (Dommages Ouvrage - Tous risques chantier) - police à aliment. Lot 2 :Assurance Dommages aux biens. Il s’agit d’un accord-cadre mono-attributaire donnant ensuite lieu à la conclusion de marchés subséquents. La durée de l’accord-cadre est de quatre ans (48 mois) à compter la date de notification au titulaire, avec faculté de résiliation annuelle pour l’une ou l’autre partie moyennant un préavis de 4 Mois avant le 1er janvier de chaque année. L’accord-cadre (" AC ") et les marchés subséquents (" MS ") qui en découlent sont passés en application des dispositions des articles L2125-1 et R2162-2 à R2162-4, et R2162-7 à R2162-12 du code de la commande publique. Il s’agit d’un accord-cadre conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 500 000 euros HT sur toute la durée de l'accord-cadre.; Il s’agit d’un marché simple à prix forfaitaire. La durée du marché est de quatre ans, à compter la date de notification, au plus tôt le 1er Janvier 2027, avec faculté de résiliation annuelle pour l’une ou l’autre partie moyennant un préavis de 6 Mois avant le 1er Janvier de chaque année.
